Dogs: Leashes and Picking up After - Community Advisory

It has been brought to our attention that residents are using Forest Park and Spring Park to walk their dogs off leashes, which is a violation of the law. There have also been complaints that residents are walking their dogs and failing to dispense of the waste left behind. Please obey the law with regard to leashes. And, please pick up after your pet.
