The Takoma Park Police Department is seeking applicants for a full time position as a Police Dispatcher, receiving emergency and non-emergency requests for police assistance, determining nature/urgency of calls, initiating police or other emergency personnel action and maintaining contact with field units to monitor response and needed support. Duties include working rotating 12 hours shifts, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $18.63 an hour.
