On June 23, 2012, at approximately 8:45 p.m., Takoma Park Police responded to Carroll Avenue at Garland Avenue for a report of indecent exposure. While the victim was jogging on Carroll Avenue, a Hispanic male walked in her direction and exposed his penis to her. He then walked away making a left turn on to Garland Avenue. Officers canvassed the area with negative results. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'07" 165 lbs., last seen wearing a green ball cap, faded red t-shirt and blue jeans.
Investigation continues under case #12030769. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to please call us at 301.270.1100.
