On February 13, 2012, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue for reports of an attempt theft from auto that occurred sometime between February 12 at 9:00 p.m. and February 13 at 8:00 a.m. The victim’s vehicle was parked on the street in front of the residence. Unknown subject(s) gained entry to the vehicle by smashing the driver’s side front door window. Property was not missing from the vehicle.
Investigation continues under case #12007202. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to please call us at 301.270.1100.
