A citizen, Bonnie Johnson, has reported that her two puppies and dog escaped her yard during the storm. The puppies were spotted at approximately 6:50 this morning at Carroll Avenue and University Blvd. heading towards Prince George's County behind the Rite Aid on Lebanon Street. An officer observed the puppies in the 800 block of New Hampshire Avenue and attempted to retrieve them, however, they were scared and ran toward the apartment complex. The two puppies and dog are described as follows:
1. Dog: Almost a year old, large, cream colored, looks like a German Shepherd, male, no collar (it came off when he jumped over the fence). He is friendly. His name is "Pradesh."
2. Puppy 1: female, brown Doberman with tan markings, floppy ears.
3. Puppy 2: female, light brown, long slender face, floppy ears.
No pictures are available at the time of this advisory.
If found, please contact Bonnie Johnson at 301.254.4314, 8506 Glenview Avenue, Takoma Park, Maryland (contact information given out at the request of the citizen).
Thank you!
