Burglary - Community Advisory

On January 5, 2013, at approximately 12:22 a.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the 7500 block of Dundalk Road for reports of a burglary that was in progress. The victim was in the residence when an unknown suspect kicked in a rear door and entered the residence. The victim awoke and saw the suspect walking around the lower level of her home. She stayed in the upper level of the home and called police. Part of the downstairs residence had been ransacked and property was taken. The victim was not physically injured.
Investigation continues under case #13000751. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to please call us at 301.270.1100.
