On February 7, 2012, at approximately 12:12 a.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the unit block of Pine Avenue for reports of a citizen armed robbery. Two unknown black males used a black semi-automatic handgun to demand property from the victim, to which he complied. The suspects then fled in a dark-colored small 4-door Sedan up Pine Avenue towards Columbia Avenue. The victim did not suffer any physical injury.
Investigation continues under case #12006196. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to please call us at 301.270.1100.
