Residential Burglary - Community Advisory

On September 14, 2012, Takoma Park Police responded to the 7000 block of Sycamore Avenue for a front door intrusion alarm and found the door wide open and damaged near the lock. Investigation revealed that suspect(s) first attempted to gain entry into a front window by sliding it up. However, it did not work, and the front door was kicked open instead causing significant damage. Property was stolen.

Investigation continues under case #12045626. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to please call us at 301.270.1100.
