Detectives from the Takoma Park Police Department are investigating the disappearance of a missing Takoma Park juvenile runaway. Nicole Owens, 14, was last seen on January 29, 2012, in the 8500 block of Flower Avenue, Takoma Park, Maryland. Nicole was last seen wearing a black wig, black jacket, black shirt, blue jeans and carrying a brown purse. Nicole is a black female, 5’6 tall, 140 lbs., brown eyes and black hair. She is a habitual runaway.
