National Visit a Park Day - Community Advisory

You're Invited!!!
You are cordially invited to join the Takoma Park Recreation Department as they support National Visit a Park Day 2012. This free event is geared to bring awareness to the wonderful parks located within the City of Takoma Park. While the focus may be on awareness, the goal of this event is definitely to promote family FUN!
They will be providing fun activities, games, free food, great music and lots of great information that will help aid in the health and wellness of the residents in Takoma Park. To top it off there will be a 3 on 3 basketball tournament on the newly opened Steve Francis Outdoor Basketball courts (prizes will be given to the winning team) and tons of skateboarding fun at the new Skate Park.
