Strong Arm Robbery - Community Advisory

On August 30, 2012, at approximately 8:06 p.m., Takoma Park Police responded to area of Boston Avenue and Dundalk Avenue for the report of a strong arm robbery that had just occurred. The victim advised that while walking, two suspects ran up behind her and took property. She last saw them fleeing on foot down Boston Avenue towards Philadelphia Avenue. The victim did not suffer any major physical injuries. A K-9 track was conducted and led to the 7400 block of Baltimore Avenue where it ended. The suspects are described as:

Suspect 1: black male, 5’8, 160 lbs., 17-18 years old, athletic build, last seen wearing a white tank top, black knee-length shorts and a black baseball cap with purple writing on it.

Suspect 2: black male, 5’8, 160 lbs., 17-18 years old, athletic build, last seen wearing a white tank top and light colored shorts.
