On August 20, 2012, Takoma Park Police responded to the 1000 block of Heather Avenue for reports of thefts from autos from two of the victim’s vehicles that occurred sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Unknown suspect(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and stole property. While on the scene, a second victim indicated that property was also stolen from their vehicle. On that vehicle, the front driver door lock was damaged.
Investigations continue under cases #12041245, #12041248 and #12041250. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to please call us at 301.270.1100.
