Message from the Chief of Police - Community Advisory

A woman calling herself "U.S. Senator Denise Whittington" is advertising a program for seniors in the Azalea Room of the Community Center tomorrow evening, April 4th, at 7 pm. There is no Senator named Denise Whittington. The individual has posted the program around town and specifically, Victory Towers and the Franklin. This is being represented as a senior program. However, she has not rented the space, nor do we believe she is even the person that ran for US Senate and lost. This is not a sponsored senior program and the room is not available.
